No: It is not acquired that way. It's pattern of spread is similar to a flu.

Per Chinese CDC:: “Respiratory droplets and contact transmission are considered to be the most important routes of transmission” per “Emerging Microbes and Infections.” COVID-19 RNA was found in anal swabs and blood samples.
