I have 2 questions. i currently have strep throat, is hot chocolate good for strep throat? next, ive been trying not to swallow and just spitting out my spit because it hurts so bad to swallow. will this slow down recovery? should i just toughen up?

Some thoughts...: Strep throat will heal on its own in a week or so. NSAIDs and throat lozenges will ease the discomfort. Seeing a physician and getting a prescription for an antibiotic will work wonders for a faster recovery.
