Premature Balding?: The first question to consider is whether or not it is normal for you to be losing hair at 26. Did the men in your family start losing their hair in their 20s as well? Medical problems can cause hair loss too, like an under-active thyroid or a scalp infection. There are supplements, shampoos, & prescriptions which could help, but it's easier to address the problem if you can figure out the cause.
