I have a shampoo with sodium chloride. can this ingredient cause hair loss? it does not have any sulfates in the shampoo thanks.

No: sodium chloride is common salt. Its also the most common salt in the blood. A physiologist named Homer Smith put it this way: "Potassium is of the sea and of the cell Sodium is of the sap and of the soil" Anyway, poetics aside, no, it should not cause hair loss.

Unlikely: It is very unlikely that your shampoo is the cause of your hair loss. For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, low fat milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. Practice safe sex.
