I am 13 days post a laparascopic appendectomy, i have recently noticed that my skin is peeling off. i have not been in the sun, so doubt its sunburn. its mainly on my arms and feet and a few patches on my thighs. should i be worried?

Skin: Probably a reaction to the anesthetic or perhaps stress reaction from the procedure. If you are feeling OK would not be too concerned. However, if you feel flu like or having a fever probably worth being seen by a provider.
