Dry skin: First, see a dermatologist. Dry skin sometimes can be caused by an underlying health prolblem that might need medical attention. If not, follow his or her advice about the best treatment; or ask a cosmetics shop or website. (FYI, "hyper" means too much and "hypo" is too little. You have "hypohidrosis", not hyper.)
