Yes regardless: Cancer risk is present in all people even if there is not a family history. Cancer is not a single disease. The risk is a mix of both genetic susceptibility and behavior and lifestyle exposures. While a family history can in incrsease ones risk for certain cancers, thus is not the case for all cancers.
