I got my throat swabbed for stds. the nurse put all three swabs in my throat at once. im wondering if this will ruin the results of the test or if they will still be accurate? she also dropped one of the swabs on the counter after swabbing me.

Not a problem: Generally these tests today look for DNA evidence left by the germs. If present in any amount the test would be positive, whether done one at a time or all at once. Touching the counter to would not void the test. This is not like a typical swab to grow strep, the STD germs are not found that way.
