Dermatologist: I recommend consulting a dermatologist for diagnosis and advice. You can't obtain an effective oral antifungal medication without a prescription, but your pharmacist can recommend a cream or ointment to try. Common things are common and I don't regard white piedra as common as premature graying that can also affect pubic hair. A dermatologist can advise you further.
