What is the right age to pierce baby's ears? i have a 2month old daughter.

Depends: I prefer to let them decide in their pre-teen years if they want this. If you are determined to do it in infancy wait until at least a month after their 1st DTaP so they are protected from tetanus should a chance exposure occur with the wound.
