Chlamydia treatment: People are advised to not have sex for a week after treatment for chlamydia. But the main reason is avoid transmission to new partners. Continued sex between two infected people usually isn't a problem. If one of you failed treatment, you would both need retreatment. Other than that, no big deal. And by the way, alcohol makes no dfference and does not interfere with treatment.
