Can small bladder functional capacity or overactive bladder become permanently worse? for example urinating every 40 mins instead of 1 hour later?

Unusual to become pe: If you are urinating every hour could be OAB but also interstitial cystitis .If you have urgency or urge incontinence probably is OAB. If symptoms worsen need to see a urologist to get evaluated for other causes of urinary frequency such as interstitial cystitis.
