Rheumatological ?: Finger joints are smaller joints, when swollen , need to r/o certain rheumatological consitions like rheumatoid arthritis, lupus arthritis etc. You need some lab works-blood investigations especially to r/o conditions like above. Seeing a rheumatologist will throw light.
