I was stung by a scorpion around 21:00 on 2020/02/01, i went to the emergency room at kathu private hospital and was treated but now my whole body including my throat feels like im being pricked with needles. is this normal?

No: Please seek medical attention. The sting may release venom which can cause a whole body reaction. If you have an over the counter antihistamine it may be used, but please see the Emergency room again.
