Necks can break: Or more likely, necks can sprain, strain, twist, compress, and damage nerves. Small humans (little kids) have less weight, less force, and are more flexible, so they can goof around often without injury. They also heal quickly and well, after injuries. Big humans (teens and adults) have gotten big and outgrown all those "little human" benefits. Time to see one's doctor.
