Nerve compression: Your symptoms could be due to nerve compression at elbow, wrist, or even shoulder. An EMG/ nerve conduction test could be very informative.

Disc: CT of the neck is limited in visualizing discs unless the is X-ray dye inside spinal canal. That is called CT myelogram. Rather than that MRI of cervical spine is much more likely to see any discs and other causes that may lead to those symptom
