Are vascular loops frequently found in asymptomatic population on mri?

Vascular "loops" ?: Vascular abnormalities are acquired "nests" of capillary networks, and can be identified by MRI or CT scans. They can appear like masses, for example in the liver, ant MRI/CT can define them as different from tumor masses. They are generally asymptomatic.
