From an mri or brain report it says major vascular flow voids are present. what does that mean?

It is a: normal appearance for the vessels to have "flow voids" on routine MRI....the moving blood does not generate an MRI signal due to the physics involved. So what you are reporting is a description of a completely normal finding. No need to worry.
