8 years: 8 years: 4 years undergraduate studies, 4 years medical school. However, after completion of medical school, residency training in your chosen specialty varies. It is also worth mentioning that there are some programs (ie neoucom in ohio) that offer programs that allow you to complete undergrad and medical school in a total of 6 years.
