Hormone issues,: over heated testicles, infection, or sperm antibodies could be causes. Discuss with your doctor, possibly a candidate for direct Intrauterine sperm injection, if pregnancy is a goal. In vitro treatment direct sperm injection into the egg. is also a possibility.
