See below: Your eGFR is just below normal and with in the error of the method. However, you should avoid drugs that may be toxic to the kidney. In fact do not take any medication, over the counter or otherwise, without checking with your doctor. Drink enough water daily so that your urine is mostly colorless. It would be prudent to consult a neurologist.
