Can a uti affect the results of a urodynamic study?

Ask one's urologist: Doctors use to wait 3-6 weeks after a child has a UTI, before doing such a bladder voiding test. More recent research showed that the results were about the same if such testing were done after finishing antibiotics, compared to testing 3-6 weeks later. So, it may not be necessary to wait the weeks. However, each patient is somewhat unique, so one must ask her urologist who knows her whole story.
