How will i know when the fluid in my ears go away? i've been told to treat it with zyrtec d ( job physical doctor,not my primary). how long should i keep taking this? ears always (10+years) seem sensitive to noise and touch. my doctors never saw it.

Fluid: If you have fluid in both middle ears you should be under the care of an Otolaryngologist to determine the cause and decide whether tubes should be inserted to drain fluid from the auditory tube.
