I'm very dry, irritated and itchy inside my vagina and i feel small bumps around introitus of the vagina and i have this knot between my cheeks that seems to be big but when i get the shower it goes down but becomes big again later any help?

Vaginal lesions ?'s: "Vaginal bumps" may indicate viral infections (like HPV, etc.) and the "knot" which increases in size may represent a hemorrhoid sac, so see your gyn physician for an exam and appropriate testing.
