May be a few, but: It should not matter. There are enough cough and cold medications on each side of the border, and such meds help somewhat but don't work very well. The just relieve some of the symptoms some of the time. Manufacturers want to have similar products on both sides of the border because that makes it more efficient for manufacturers.
