See a dentist: There are some shared nerve wiring features of the teeth/jaw that can refer(send) pain sensations to the ear or the other way around. Since you have seen an ENT, the next step would to evaluate your teeth/jaw as the source. Ibuprofen is onten helpful with that type of discomfort.
