No: That would be like asking do all milks give children cramps, or do all milks give adults cramps? Each person is unique. Normal babies can drink breast milk or any regular cow-milk baby formula and be just fine. If a baby has cramps, wherever those cramps might be, his pediatrician can evaluate.
