G 0 and P ): really are saying the same thing. If never pregnant, Gravida 0, if have never delivered a pregnancy past 20 weeks, Para 0. really sound like G 0 is best term for you. The second term really applies to one pregnancy that ended in miscarriage prior, if having been pregnant at all. You are G 0, the other person would be G 1, P 0, miscarriage or ectopic 1.
