I am due to take a 2 hour flight & i'm claustrophobic.i struggled the last time i flew this route.is there anything i can take to calm and prepare me? i will be doing wine tasting in that day so has to be alcohol friendly. i am asthmatic.

Essential oils: esse ntial oils can be quite helpful and basically risk free several drops on a cotton handkerchief, you can smell as needed, rubbing some on the back of your neck or sole of your feet . Lavender, lemon,ylang ylang, jasmine would all be good values for anxiety relief. With essential oils you get what you pay for use a trusted brand . Best Wishes
