Can happen sometimes: Many women have occasional variation of their mucus discharge, some spotting between periods, a heavier period, a lighter period, a longer or shorter period, or even a missed period. Having one of these symptoms doesn’t necessarily mean there is a medical problem. Can call one's Ob-Gyn doctor if worried or if cycles seem persistently unusual, such as in this case where vaginal bleeding continues.

Minesse: This product contains gestodene and ethinylestrodiol. Gestodene is a type of prgestin and ethinylestrodiol is a type of estrogen. If it has been a month the effects of the hormone could be causing this. If not excessive seeing how thins go over the next month should not be harmful. If persistent bleeding after that time get checked by your provider.
