Hello. my follow up cbc came back with hemoglobin 17.4, hematocrit 49.4 and all other values normal. two months about i had a cbc with a hemoglobin of 18.2. so all values are normal now and i wanted to know if i should be concerned with anything. ?

Still high: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, the data you provided warrants that you consult a hematologist to rule out Polycythemia Vera.
