Depends: If you are in a committed monogamous relation and prevention of sexually transmitted infection is not an issue, you may forego condoms. If either of you is not monogamous, it would be prudent to keep using condoms. Condoms also add a measure of protection against unwanted pregnancy. Get HPV vaccine.
