I'm 29 and have been trying to conceive with no success. i have irregular menstrual cycles, i had fibros which were treated a few years back but haven't done that recently. what might be the reason i am not able to conceive?

Irregular cycles: mean irregular ovulation. Polycystic ovarian syndrome/insulin resistance is a common cause. Testing and treatment can improve your fertility. Also consider getting testing for tubal patency, as well have him get a sperm count/analysis.
