What causes itching and burning in vigina, usually before periods and after periods and sometimes any day in the month. it last for up to 5 days sometimes just 3 days if treated with vaginal creams?

Recurrent vaginal : infections, seem to happen when hormone changes cause normal vaginal acidity to weaken. This can be from dietary issues that affect the hormone levels as well. Irregular cycles/ovulation, polycystic ovarian syndrome/insulin resistance can be factors. Even diabetes can be a cause of recurrence.
