The main cause of vaginal/vulvar itching is yeast infection (often called thrush in your country). Vagisil is not effective. Over-the-counter treatments are available, but at your age some vaginal yeast infections have underlying causes, especially diabetes. So you should contact your doctor and follow her advice.
