Can feel a small hard lump side neck. looks like superficial cervical area according to online chart. same side i have neuralgia. had mycoplasma a few months ago. bloodwork is normal. is this concerning? i only feel that one. im quite thin as well.

Need to examine: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. It may be a lymph node. You may feel the node every couple of weeks, if the lymph gland doubles in size, becomes painful, ulcerates, or other nodes become enlarged, or you develop fever, or lose weight, you should see a doctor.
