Probably herpes: Herpes is far and away the most common cause of genital ulcer, and initial herpes often doesn't look like typical herpes (i.e. often no blisters etc). And new herpes can cause discharge as well; or you could have more than one kind of infection. See a doctor ASAP: if it's herpes, speed is important both for accurate diagnosis and effective treatment. Good luck!
