Multiple issues: Cold sores are on the external lips & respond well to topical lemon balm oil whereas canker sores are on tongue,gums or inner mouth & respond to licorice lozenges.There are many causes of vaginitis but it's readily treated-see a doc for diagnosis/treatment. While meds can help depression, exercise, counseling & supplements can help too. Vitamin/mineral deficiencies & hypothyroidism can contribute.
