Back and leg pains: Low back pain, radiating to one leg suggests radiculopathy or an affected spine nerve. Would have it checked out.

Work up: I would suggest getting a full medical work up, including blood chemistries, orthopedic and neurological evaluations since may be related to inflammation/damage to the nerves in the leg.
