Hi, i hope your are well. i need assistance with fear. when driving downhills and on freeways, i feel light headed and sometimes get a panic attack. the only way to go through the situation is to drive really slowly. please advise if there is anythin?

Don't drive now!: It is extremely dangerous for you to be driving with this occurring. Until this matter is properly resolved you simply should not drive.
