Visanne: Visanne is a progestin, and used for endometriosis treatment, as well as for birth control. Progestins in general (except when nursing) are not going to produce a major perceptible effect, but it is unclear what is meant by "drinking them" before a period. the period might be heavier as the Visanne wears off. You might be better off for endometrosis treatment taking low dose oral bcps.
