My son and i were swimming at the west coast national park. he felt a stinging sensation while in the water. i presumed it to be blue bottle of some sort. i now see two small bite marks, sensitive on touch. what should i do?

Insect bite allergy?: IBA could be the possibility. If you don't mind in taking him to a dermatologist ,it will be good as we can rule out other conditions like hypersensitivity without insect bites/other skin conditions. Will benefit from steroid cream application.
