Hi, i am 14 weeks pregnant and i have a constant lower abdominal pain for about 3 days now, should i be concerned as i read that it can be my muscle stretching but seeing as it is constant i am a bid worried.

Could be normal,: also could be a bladder infection, or other causes. See your doctor for exam and testing to be sure.
