RLQ pain : Has there been change in bowel habits? mucus in stool? blood in stool? Are you athletic? Consider may be ileitis- inflammation of small intestine or if female may be ovary cyst, or may be hernia. Would consider CT of abdomen/ pelvis and follow up with MD.
