Unclear: What do your mean by "no large mouth?" Do you mean no swelling, or you can't open wide. or something else? Please clarify and actually ask a question. You may have infected teeth, gums, both, other tissues. Please see a Dentist for examination, imaging, possible lab tests, and appropriate treatment based on the findings.
