Hi, i take propranolol for anxiety. i have a presentation tomorrow but i still feel butterflies in stomach when i think about it even when im on propranolol. is it normal?

Anxiety : Propranolol works on the autonomic nervous system. It blocks the portion of that system that makes our heart race, causes tremor or makes us feel excited. It does not work on the mind. It is so interesting how the gastrointestinal system is connected to our emotions The best way to help with anxiety is talk therapy. There are other medications such as SSRIs.
