Little or no risk: The risk of HIV transmission from persons on successful treatment with undectable virus is extremely low. There is no way to prove guarantee zero risk, but many couples in this situation regularly have unprotected sex, especially if trying to conceive. Kissing is safe even without HIV treatment; the virus is rarely if ever transmitted by kissing.
