Confusing post: I would hope a newborn eventually poops 5 times & more thereafter. What you mean by upset stomach is unknown. A breastfed baby can poop a smear every feed or just one big cradle filler once a week. Babies often struggle to poop because their belly muscles are flabby/weak & the must use their fussing/breathing muscles to help poop.If the kid spooks you have it seen.
