Hi my 9 months old baby has a running stomach and he is pooping blood took him to the doctor and doctor and he said that he won't rule it as diarrhoea please advise?

?????: Bloody runny stools is often a sign of an infectious diarrhea due to salmonella or shigella. Some viruses may also do it. What you mean by they won't label it diarrhea is not clear. When seen here these are usually tested for the bacteria & treatment focuses on maintaining fluid balance.
