I am currently +- 31 weeks pregnant. i have been experiencing on and off braxton hicks pains today. so i want to know how long they last and how frequently i will be experiencing the pain?. and when i should be worried?

If they get: stronger or more regular, for example very 10 minutes, then going to every 5 minutes. You would need checked by your doctor for cervical change or go to labor/delivery at hospital, for an exam.
